Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Our policy is to provide the best service to our customers. This refund policy applies to services booked through VitalPath Diagnostics.

2. Cancellation by Customer

If you wish to cancel a test booking, you must do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a full refund.

3. Service Not Rendered

In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide the service (e.g., our technician cannot reach you), you will be entitled to a full refund.

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original method of payment. Please contact our customer support to initiate a refund request.
